There are a lot of really talented developers that you will learn a lot from, and since the team is always implementing new technologies, your skills will stay fresh. Relaxed work environment, if you are sick and need to work from home you can. Upper-management is all around awesome: compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Would have liked more 1 on 1 time with remote developers. Not a big fan of the coffee...
