I have been with the company for 6.5 years, and it's been an incredibly journey so far. I've seen tremendous growth across the organization both in our market share as well as our culture. Working here includes perks such as free coffee, over 13 paid holidays (about one free holiday at a minimum x month), 3 weeks+ of PTO, company 401k match, and paid parental leave. I have a positive work-life balance and have not missed any of my child's events while still being successful at work. We had a CEO change in August of 2023, and he is a compassionate leader that knows what it will take Pavlov Media to the next horizon.

Cons

Temperature in the building can fluctuate quite a bit - dress in layers. This company is not ideal for individuals who do not embrace change, want to grow their career, or want to only do exactly the work assigned. What makes our company successful is the 'can do' attitude so many of our employees exhibit.
