The owner is a great person and a devout Christian who exhibits Christian values, morals and ethics. With these guiding principles, he also admits he is perfect yet continues to strive to be better and create the best company possible, one that people want to come work for.
Cons
Retail has hours unlike a typical office job so working evenings and weekends is part of the territory, however, that also offers schedule flexibility that can be attractive to many. Small to mid-size companies are more entrepreneurial so if you prefer a major corporate structure and being one of many with less involvement and recognition, this is not the place for you.
