      Pros

      Insurance is paid. Most of the staff is real friendly. Cheryl at the front desk is a peach.

      Cons

      Turn and burn company! Provide minimal training to make A LOT of pointless phone calls and expect to preform hard out of the gate with no knowledge. If you don't have previous IT/Software experience, don't waste your time. Awesome if you love putting in long hours, making worthless calls, and hanging out with bros all day.

Our training team has worked diligently to built a robust on-boarding program so its unfortunate that you felt that the 2 week Sales training orientation was minimal.       Pros

      Everyone is treated with respect. The management team including the CEO is personable and down to earth. Very Supportive culture.

      There are no cons about working for this top notch company.

      Phenomenal Culture, Can't believe I actually work here

      Pros

      - Excellent leadership which is exemplified through team's eagerness to succeed - Employees are valued and consistently engaged with the vision of the company - Strong investment in training for new hires and for new products - Sales reps have access to resources they need in order to succeed - Management is approachable and helps employees reach sales goals - Company knows how to work hard and have fun - I actually enjoy being around these people

      Cons

      This is a start up culture. Be ready to learn a lot and work hard. Timelines and product expectations can change on a weekly basis depending on what partners are asking for. Having a flexible attitude is absolutely necessary.
