      Culture decline due to leadership changes

      Pros

      Great culture in the early years.

      Cons

      Lots of change and culture has been eroded by leadership changes and adding in redundant departments. Culture in sales was great, corporate teams were more focused on stealing charter, posturing, and trying to get equity through promotions that aren't necessary.

      Good time-off policies, but workflow issues arise from changes.

      Pros

      Lots of VL and management tries their best to make sure that employees get the time-off they need.

      Cons

      Changes gets implemented right away and will sometimes cause issue with workflow.
