Pros

Pax8 treats everyone equally, and this isn't just something written on their Culture Canvas; they genuinely implement it. They create a non-toxic working environment to ensure that every employee is truly happy and satisfied with the company. Intrinsic motivation is far more powerful than extrinsic. I am genuinely glad to have joined such a company with great vibes and a positive working environment. I feel truly valued and equal among everyone.

Pros

-Unique and Positive Company Culture: A very welcoming and supportive environment with no hierarchical structure. It's exceptionally modern, and we've had the opportunity to have dinner with top management several times. -Personal and Professional Development: They provide opportunities for skill development and growth within the company. This includes personal and private coaching sessions provided by Pax8 to enhance both your professional and personal skills.

Cons

There have been some challenges, but I don't consider them as drawbacks

- Bright future, tons of potential to go big - Passionate employees - Genuine desire to have a great culture

Cons

- Shiny object syndrome: leadership chasing culture ideas - Half-baked ideas that result in too many change initiatives that fizzle - Psychological safety is talked about, but not realized
