Summer workers treated terrible!!!

Pros

If you like hands on work then this job is great you also get weekends off for the most part and the other workers there are like a close knit family

Cons

Unfortunately the management is terrible they don't care about personal family situations regardless of how long you've been there.

Family run business that gives off a family atmosphere. Will hire relatives. OT during Summer. *Equal Opportunity Employer - EOE/M/F/D/V. Past experience/college degree not necessary to get a job.

No room for growth, No raises or bonuses, Work you in the Summer/ Walk you in the Winter.
