Ever since acquired by an American corporation, benefits have been slashed... no more HSA, no more PSA, and as of recent, the last perk (remote work) will soon be gone too. This despite bringing in record profits, month over month.

Good place to learn web development

Cons

Took away full remote, to hybrid model with little notice. Benefits have been slashed. They used to survey the staff before making life effecting decisions, now upper management just assumes what people want.

You get as much responsibility as you want. No one holds you back. Access to tech and good laptops. Great office space.

Cons

Health benefits are diminishing. There is a hint of apathy to change, mostly from some old mindsets. Most people are sweet but a few salty folks need to get a reality check.
