It's an honor and a pleasure to see the values that have guided this company for over 20 years are alive in the culture. Our core values are the guard rails for autonomy that allow us to focus on the well being of our employees, customers, and partners. Taking care of others first just feels good, and it's good business.

Cons

The pace of things can feel a little slow because so much time is taken to do things right. Having the patience to build the dream is a required attribute.

Pros

No outside financial interests allow the founders to control the direction of the company in an otherwise complicated business. The impact to the employees is unified direction, clear expectations and carefully planned initiatives. Job roles are described effectively and everyone has a lot of fun working. There is no pressure on employees to perform unrealistic tasks because ownership understands the damage that undue stress can cause on the employees morale. Even though its a remote work company for most of the employees, PayJunction does a great job of fostering an all inclusive place to work.
