Pros
- PayJunction is a very ethically correct company: doesn't matter who they are dealing with (customer, reseller, partner, employee or even competitors) they alway try to do "the right thing" even if that impacts their bottom line.
- The internal culture is, in my opinion, a perfect balance between restrictive rules (compliance, security, predefined processes...) and liberating freedom that lets each employee fulfill their job the best they can. In other words, PJ only imposes rules when it makes sense and adds value to the company.
- Very friendly co-workers
Cons
Since PJ positions itself in the market as premium quality service provider, I believe it should also reward their employees with a "premium Salary" when in fact PJ pays the market average.
