Pros

PayJunction has a very easy entry as a reseller. No prior experience, no education requirements. Training is offered on a continuing basis.

Cons

I haven't seen anything that would persuade me to discourage anyone from pursuing this opportunity. I would say be consistent and target businesses that will be worth your effort in prospecting.

Pros

Rapidly growing company that still feels like a small one, in a good way! Most employees have daily interaction with all 3 founders, as well as senior level employees. It reminds us what we are all working for when we see their passion on a daily basis. Overall, the work environment is comfortable & friendly. The office has an amazing ability to turn on & work hard together as a team to get things done. There is always support and collaboration within and between all departments. Good benefits -- health/dental/vision, 401k. Many perks to break up the day as well -- yoga, catered lunches, office olympics, snacks, etc.
