Pros

In my life there have been very few days where I have been excited to go to work, this changed when I began employment at PayJunction. The difference in how they treat employees here than at any of the other jobs I have held is 180 degrees. The pay is good, the scheduling fair, the environment casual and friendly. I feel secure in my position as well and management doesn't throw their weight around.

Cons

As with any Sales position the work itself can become tedious/tiring but the environment I work in more than makes up for that.

People are friendly. Well organized company. They really care about their employees. Everyone tries to make work interesting and balance work/play.

Cons

I don't really have much to complain about being here. It's awesome.

-Great work environment/company culture, Co-workers are awesome people and very down to earth, they're what makes work so fun and easy -Headquarters are fun and have cool places to relax and chill -Flexible hours

Cons

-There are limited shifts, so it's harder to pick specific hours to work
