Pros

We make decisions based on the right thing to do, right thing for our customers, right thing for our employees. That feels good. I sleep really well.

Cons

Sometimes it may take awhile to roll out a new process or system because we are very thorough planners and testers. But it is always worth the wait. We have a strong foundation to build on.

Pros

From the top down this is a great place to work. The founding partners are laser focused on moving this business forward and growing it, even in challenging times. I feel like they're ahead of the curve in so many ways, especially Covid and remote working. Great benefits and company culture. Always seem to be adding something to benefits package to help us out, or better utilize those benefits.

Cons

Cost of living is high in Santa Barbara, and in my entry level position it just feels like I'll never keep up, even if I can advance a bit.
