PayJunction has an amazing and collaborative company culture. It is clear that PayJunction operates on the premise of living out its' core vaules, especially when it comes to putting people first and valuing long term relationships over short term profits. As a sales professional, it's amazing working for a company with such a great product-market fit, as well as a company that has an intuitive solution that prospective customers can get a feel for while on a sales call. This truly makes selling a lot easier and enjoyable. It's also amazing that we put a strong emphasis on honesty and transparency, so selling with integrity and honesty is valued. We also have an amazing tech stack to work with, which is something that helps experienced and new sellers alike. Amazing place to work if you're in/interested in sales!

Cons

I really don't feel like there are many cons. PayJunction has been very good to me.

Pros

It’s the people and the work culture that really make a job that sounds mundane so much fun. There’s also a priority on work life balance. There are clear career paths but also let you explore other paths within the company.

Pros

Smartest people I ever worked with. The company took a fair and balanced approach to its employees, its benefits, and perks. Product is solid and the work environment is good. An extremely ethical organization.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary. Typical friction between people, and typical growing pains for a software company.
