Do the right thing for the right reason, very committed to employees, very compassionate leadership, the owners are really smart people who perform with integrity.

Cons

The company is relatively small, so there can be some career advancement challenges. This will improve as the company continues to grow.

The founders are very reasonable and when they take any important decision consider all the aspects of the problems, including the human impact in customers, partners and employees.

Cons

The cycle of the product launch is a bit slower that what the market expects.
