Pros

Great company culture & they're all about constructive criticism. We have safe spaces to listen to our calls to improve and management never tries to make you feel bad. They try to make every employee feel valued and want to know if there's anything they can do to make working there more pleasant. There's also a snack room and game room which is really nice.

Cons

If we meet our goals we get "rewarded" with getting out early but don't get paid for the full workday, so part of your bonuses go to making up for that. The pay could also be a bit better.

Love the environment - I work in the downtown office off Carillo which already is a great location with all the restaurants and coffee houses to choose from, but inside the office is why I truly love this place. We filled our office with shuffle board, clask, video games, nap rooms etc. We are always pumping fun music jams and keeping the energy high with Bingo sales competitions, gold start charts (elementary I know, yet effective). Everyone is friends and genuinely love helping each other out. The job itself can get a bit energy draining, but there is no better place to revive you that here. Love the managers and founders!

Cons

The parking lot is a little far, so I'm forced to be healthy and walk to work and back each day. Lost like 5 pounds.

- Amazing people - Awesome company culture -The work/life balance is great Strongly believe some of the best managers and people work here. I feel really lucky to work with such incredible people.

Cons

There really aren't major cons, just a few things: -Parkings a little tough -Pay could be a little more competitive
