      Remote Teams Shine

      Pros

      -PayJunction was ahead of the curve on the Covid 19 situation. They managed to get all teams transitioned to remote/WFH set ups in a span of 1 week back in early March. Everyone was given access to the tools and programs needed to continue to work effectively. -The company continues to emphasize the importance of work life balance which can be hard to maintain when working from home.

      Cons

      -While understandable, the uncertainty of when we will return to the office is hard.

      Great company to work anytime, but especially now.

      Great workforce and a motivated team. Management leads by example, and is involved at all levels.

      Cons

      Due to the guarantee it is challenging to maintain team spirit.
