- PayJunction is a very ethically correct company: doesn't matter who they are dealing with (customer, reseller, partner, employee or even competitors) they alway try to do "the right thing" even if that impacts their bottom line. - The internal culture is, in my opinion, a perfect balance between restrictive rules (compliance, security, predefined processes...) and liberating freedom that lets each employee fulfill their job the best they can. In other words, PJ only imposes rules when it makes sense and adds value to the company. - Very friendly co-workers

The culture at PayJunction is unrivaled. There is such a sense of camaraderie and respect, and people seem to all share a sense of ownership that really empowers their day-to-day work. I find everyone so helpful whenever I have a question or need help to complete a task. The hours and expectations are very reasonable. I look around and all I see are smiles. Our work environment is healthy and our management team is fair. They first and foremost want their employees to grow, be successful and find their time at PayJunction to be time well-spent. I feel safe expressing myself with my manager and with others. My opinion is considered and I feel like people are treated fairly regardless of rank or title.
