Pros

Leadership cares about the company and the employees and does right by both. Integrity matters to leadership and the employees. Terrific environment--work with really smart people, and nice too. Often you get one, but not the other. At PayJunction, you get both. Management walks the talk when it comes to work-life balance!!

Cons

PayJunction is growing which can bring new challenges, but that's a good thing. Leadership is open to new approaches as the company expands and continues to grow.

Pros

The company culture and work place environment are great here. Everyone is so welcoming from the time you start and everyone in management really cares about there employees. They are also really about work/life balance.

Cons

It’s a difficult industry to work in when in sales because of the bad reputation that payment processing has had in the past.

Pros

I have the privilege of working with wonderful people, for a company that tries to do the right thing, for employees and customers. A company that believes those are not mutually exclusive goals. I have to say, there's this truly crazy idea management is running with lately: "Provide a career path, and training as needed, that can allow an employee to advance even if they leave PayJunction. It's the right thing to do." Even more crazy, from the top down, they really seem to mean it.

Cons

Parking: Spaces are limited. Also, unfortunately, Santa Barbara is a bit expensive.
