Relaxed environment with dedicated employees that respect and value their jobs. Between fantastic coworkers, yoga, dogs, and an incredibly stocked kitchen, I love working here.

Cons

I would love to have some, but I think that's a good thing, right?!

Pros

PJ is a great place to work, especially for younger people. Not very (hardly at all) hierarchical in my experience, with a family atmosphere. You get the sense that PJ takes care of their employees--good workspaces, good benefits, good environment.

Cons

It's ultimately probably not the most meaningful or satisfying use of one's time to work here.
