- Small teams allow for personal ownership and responsibility - New challenges every day, gaining tons of experience - High expectations, employees are pushed to be their best every day, amazingly talented and smart people - Company is willing to invest in skills development, continued education (conferences, seminars, etc.) - Stick to 8-5 workday, never asked to work extended hours or overtime

- High expectations and lots of responsibility leads to stress at times

PayJunction is the perfect mix of work and play. Everyone is willing to help answer questions and push you to work harder. If you are a hard worker and have a competitive spirit, this is the place for you! Great training, growing company, supportive coworkers. It doesn't matter if you are a student working part time or one of the founders of the company, everyone at PayJunction is treated with the same respect and kindness. Wish I had applied here sooner!

Wish my position paid a little more, but other than that I couldn't be happier!
