      Pros

      - Great resume builder - Great environment. You generally are working with a lot of younger people, mostly college student. The pay is good for a college student also. - Learn how to speak professionally and in a manner in which you can use in the future in any other business opportunities.

      Cons

      - No very serious complainst. The manager helps you out if you are struggling. All they want is for you to succeed and make the company more and more money.

      Pros

      I was 'hired' as a remote Business Development Representative. They had a lot of weekly meetings covering selling the product. Rep that I worked under was friendly.

      Cons

      I had particular market I wanted to approach and the Rep that gave the weekly webinars promised to get me information I need to pursue that. She never did and recently I noticed that my account had been deactivated. Good thing I hadn't put a lot of work into this. They dropped the ball.

      Best job i've had so far

      Pros

      In my life there have been very few days where I have been excited to go to work, this changed when I began employment at PayJunction. The difference in how they treat employees here than at any of the other jobs I have held is 180 degrees. The pay is good, the scheduling fair, the environment casual and friendly. I feel secure in my position as well and management doesn't throw their weight around.

      Cons

      As with any Sales position the work itself can become tedious/tiring but the environment I work in more than makes up for that.
