Pros

The culture at PayJunction is unrivaled. There is such a sense of camaraderie and respect, and people seem to all share a sense of ownership that really empowers their day-to-day work. I find everyone so helpful whenever I have a question or need help to complete a task. The hours and expectations are very reasonable. I look around and all I see are smiles. Our work environment is healthy and our management team is fair. They first and foremost want their employees to grow, be successful and find their time at PayJunction to be time well-spent. I feel safe expressing myself with my manager and with others. My opinion is considered and I feel like people are treated fairly regardless of rank or title.

Cons

It's hard to come up with any. I've worked at jobs with unfair hours, expectations and negativity across departments. Teams weren't aligned. At PayJunction, this isn't a problem. All the teams work to help one another with the same goal in mind.

Friendly work environment, excellent training experience, catered lunches and the owners hold great relationships with their employees.

Cons

Parking is a bit of a problem, but there is on street parking close by
