Pros

They care about me and I have the lowest seniority and power. Vitamins, Emergen-C, good coffee, and creative trail mixes make me feel like they want me there and doing my best. They will give you what you need to excel in the workplace. My ideas are heard and actually considered. The building is gorgeous and my supervisor is the most supportive human being I've ever met.

Great environment and teams. Smart, friendly and competent people. Fun, up-to-date and progressive company culture. Awesome place to learn, grow, get better at what you do, and contribute to the growth of an excellent product. Good benefits.

Cons

If you work onsite, be careful with street parking. Some street parking signs may be misleading, times for no-parking vary from block to block.

I love working for PayJunction. The work environment is fantastic and there is a true group mentality amongst the employees. I always feel supported, while also being pushed to do my best. I have truly grown since working here. Also, there is opportunity for upward mobility which is a plus. Love that there are snacks everyday, Friday lunches, and office yoga! PayJunction definitely cares about keeping things positive for their employees.
