      Pros

      Product that actually helps people. Remote flexibility. Great company with a great culture. BDR team might be small but is a tight-knit group that helps one another.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Sales is sales but a great company can make it a great journey.

      Pros

      The culture here is unmatched from anywhere I have ever worked. Leadership TRULY cares about their people. The company invests in its employees to grow personally and professionally and in turn creates a positive environment for innovation and success.

      Cons

      We are growing and scaling - every now & then workflows get blocked because a select 1 or 2 individuals have tasks that only they can do, this creates bottlenecks when they are out of office and can be frustrating when you’re on a time crunch and at the mercy of someone else’s availability.. but these are growing pains.
