Pros

PayJunction is a wonderful place to be employed. The support you receive, is second to none. The technology that we offer businesses is outstanding. The software is free, the Smart Terminals are free for new customers. Great training.

Cons

They might need additional National Solutions Consultants to work with all the resellers.

Pros

PayJunction has a very easy entry as a reseller. No prior experience, no education requirements. Training is offered on a continuing basis.

Cons

I haven't seen anything that would persuade me to discourage anyone from pursuing this opportunity. I would say be consistent and target businesses that will be worth your effort in prospecting.

An Employer That Cares

Pros

I could go on at length about all the nice things that comes with working at PayJunction. I think the most important thing, particularly for someone that has spent time at other companies and were disillusioned by the vacuous atmosphere of apathy or outright misanthropy (see: Retail), is that the people that own and run PayJunction care about their employees. It seems like such a simple concept really, building and running a company that you would want to work for, but it's the best expression for what makes working here special. There's plenty of other icing on the PayJunction cake such as the health benefits, bonuses for jobs well done, working with genuinely nice people, etc. but for me the awesome attitude of the owners and management is why I don't see myself updating my resume any time soon.

Cons

We're a bit of a smaller company compared to many in this field, so if you're just looking for a paycheck for minimal effort this employer is probably not for you. Work hard, play hard is our motto and there are definitely those times we live up to 'work hard' part and then some.

Yep, you got it: work hard, play hard. Both parts of that sentence weigh equally! Thanks for your review and dedication.
