      Fun work environment, good part-time job for college students, good phone and sales experience

      Cons

      You spend pretty much the entire time sifting through resumes and calling people to recruit them. You have to be decently good at pitching / sales in order to do well in the company. Lowest ranked employees have to be evaluated by management on performance
