      Pros

      The company is filled with smart people who like to have fun, your managers work alongside you but by no means are looking over your shoulder, you have a lot of freedom and trust within the office. They work is challenging and interesting so the day goes by quick. The work hard play hard mentality keeps you working hard while enjoying work.

      Cons

      Due to the industry, you are at the hands of the customers, which cuts back on a little freedom.
