Pros

Benefits package is great; compared to others in the market space, the total package outshines, but below average compensation package is the trade off. On site perks are great Great company events

Cons

Lack of stability, business units are moved on a regular basis to reduce workforce. Open office space and unassigned workstations created a very distracting environment.
