Cons

Like other people have stated, the management is downright awful. My skip pretended for us to be a wolf pack and we lookout for each other but as soon as I had to take leave because my family needed me I was treated as pariah, they let me go based on forged lies in the middle of parental leave. Manager was a slave driver too and most people in my team warned me when I joined. Product has lots of legacy baggage.
