Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent people to work with- bright, interesting, from diverse backgrounds. A very multicultural work place filled with great folks. I enjoy my job. It's interesting, exposes me to new work technics, forces me to learn new analytical tools. What I do today is very different than what I did last year, and it keeps me interested.
Cons
New ideas are not easily adopted. Takes a long time to make a project come to life, especially due to data or technical constraints. Work-life balance is less than optimal. It changes between branches and locations, but in my neck of the woods inside this corp it could be better.
