Pros

Great benefits in terms of days off, flexibility, work life balance, gym, subsidised meals if going to the office, VHI, 6 months maternity leave

Cons

Jib security- constant automation of jibs at the loss of quality, also EU jobs all moved to latin America and other cpuntries where wages and labour laws are a fraction of Ireland
