Good company but a lot of churn at upper levels

Pros

The work is interesting, the people are great, the salary and benefits are great. A+ on diversity, inclusion, and company values.

Cons

However, there has been a great deal of churn at the upper levels which leads to instability and uncertainty for those of us swimming down below.
