The company has potential, but its easy to get bored because there are no on-demand training classes, no structured career development at the enterprise level and no transparency into promotions. Managers are only concerned with you doing you day to day job and pleasing stakeholders. No effort is made to enhance your career, or give you challenging assignments. Pay is decent but could be better. Paypal does not invest in growing its employees like other companies do.

- Management really needs to improve on how to handle their agents since most of the agents are not getting the help needed especially with the ICA/SME inquiries.
