      Pros

      Solid business model. PP will surely dominate the online payment space for some more years to come.

      Cons

      Very mediocre legacy employee base. Hardly any innovation and encouragement to drive out-of-the box thinking. The moment Apple/FB/Amazon will generate enough heat, as a company PP will find it really difficult to survive.

      high turn over, dis-organize, goal is unclear, training is under develop and some managers are micromanagers.

      It was a beautiful brand new working space. The training that the company provided was excellent. Expectations were set, and the communication to the team was excellent.

      Cons

      The only true problem I had was with the commute.
