      Pros

      The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is generally younger and just enjoy having a good time. Everyone will say Hello passing to each other, also you can see on everyones face that they truly like their job. Promotions are awesome there is always an opportunity to grow. Also the quartly bonus is great!

      Cons

      Customers can be a pain, sitting for long periods at a time (if you have adhd like myself), getting addicted to caffeine.

      Innovative and cutting edge company. PayPal offers great work amenities such a gym, cafe, casusal dress code, and great benefits package

      Cons

      Management is untrained and sophmore in their experience level at best. Prone to many changes and surprise product releases which begets many fixes, bug patches, etc. Change is good, too much change breeds instability. This causes a very unstreamlined work environment due to bad and ever-changing non-maturing business practices and processes

      Many smart people who are very driven to get things done. Still a very startup culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like there is lack of focus, too many priorities. Very matrixed environment makes it harder to execute.
