      Standard tech company perks e.g Healthcare, shares etc Good place to learn about the industry A chance to work with some great people Good location

      Cons

      - On/Off Micromanagement strategy - Real issues around progression with poor organizational structure - Lack of responsibility at higher management level - There is now a high staff turnover with some of the best employees leaving for very good reasons, which creates low morale - No clear direction around what the company wants to do next.

      Great salary and stock Start-Up Culture, there's so many things still to be done and tried Visionary CEO, proud to be part of our big mission Day to day work is super interesting, finance and tech mixture make it a complex and challenging work, but never boring. Huge scope of work for everybody. Teams are super lean, almost understaffed, so everybody gets to do B- ad C-level work, while staying very hands-on
