      Pros

      Get a big knowledge about payment options, online business model, technology and trends in different market.

      Cons

      bad Location, more than half an hour from city centre. There are only other big companies around. No shops or restaurants. Small gym in PayPal with only few classes. HR policy is very strict, unfair for employees and counterproductive for the company. The company is so big that there is not efficient communication within departments and frequent overlapping in the review/work.

      Great people, amazing benefits, so much flexibility (work from home, work remote etc), opportunities to travel, good pay, stock options, medical, unlimited holiday etc.

      Cons

      The company is playing catch-up with other financial players in the market, they need to be quicker when it comes to launching products both in the US and globally.
