      Pros

      * The people doing the real work are great! Everybody wants to get work done and people get along well. * Good pay.

      Cons

      * Management is horrible!! The managers stay here forever since nobody else will hire them. They only manage up and make numbers look good for senior management. * The managers here get paid very well and make working very difficult instead of enabling their teams to work better.

      Pros

      Product engineering teams are sharp and some good perks such as free gym access for FTE and shuttle buses to/from SF.

      Cons

      Inept marketing team who doesn't do much besides moan and whine - probably one of the most incompetent I've ever been a part of. Also, not much upward mobility unless you are great at politics. Lots of people here with no value-add.

      Some great, smart people to work with; Decent salary and benefits, but you will work for them (see below).

      Pockets of politics that truly prevent innovation (I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't experience it for myself); Work/Life balance can be challenging;
