      Intelligent and profound screening procedure. Quality people and pleasant work environment.

      CS center is understaffed. Lots of pressure on the representatives. Difference in support to teams inside the company.

      Meaningful and challenging work with great atmosphere. Great people all around and also great managers. Many perks throughout the year :)

      Cons

      It's a big corporation, so sometimes things are out of you control (compared to a startup for example). Time zone differences are a bit difficult when working with the west coast
