      Pros

      It was fun at first, but that quickly waned. The variety of work keeps things interesting, for those who like to think out-of-the-box.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, empty promises, poor consistency, excessive biases and favoritism, 25%-30% less pay than market standard, horrid facility cleanliness... the list could go on forever.

      <.> No work with moderate salary. You can easily start a side business while working here. <.> Better than average benefits for employees <.> If you are in Braintree/Venmo - things are very dynamic

      <.> Identity crisis - still figuring out whether it is finance company, tech company or call center. If this is a tech company then is this a service company or a product one. <.> archaic technology in the core paypal technology stack <.> Middle management is more of politicians than engineering manager. <.> Team works in silo and they are more interested in "passing the buck" than helping customer. <.> Working more than 4 years makes you almost un-employable
