None good which I can think of.
Cons
Managers are highly political, biased and can easily block and derail your career growth. Managers following non-ethical practices for their own and their favorite's ones gain. Senior management supports politics at all the levels for their own gains. Tons of selfish employees, peers, managers and senior management all over. Managers only support their favorites employees and forcing good employees to leave the company for their own gains and ignoring company's interests. H R doesn't help employee if they are victimized by managers/management rather they simply supports management without logically understanding the situations. Incompetent managers unable to help grow employees
