Cons
1. Uncompetitive products due to poor streamlining in management and poor culture -- innovative employees and capable ones left, most remained ones hate any type of changes and are busy in telling stories. 2. Poor collaboration in between departments 3. Incompetent managers with huge insecurities and big egos 4. PTOs are released by the amount of days you work for the current year 5. Low pay 6. Will continuously lose its market share since people's paying habit has changed and competitors have adapted it better.
