      Great Everywhere Except The Call Center

      Pros

      - No experience or degree required - Amazing benefits - tuition reimbursement, paternity leave are the big ones - Looks good on a resume

      Cons

      - Inconsistent and unpredictable company changes - Extremely low chance of career growth, if you can break out of the call center than you will find great success in a growing company with lots of opportunity - There is a negative stigma around call center employees especially at the Baltimore location; I've heard it referred to as "the projects" I can't help but think there's a racial aspect to it considering the ratio of black people in the call center in HV versus the corporate office in Timonium

      Pros

      Benefits and people were great. Very professional atmosphere not filled with a bunch of millennials being annoying like other tech companies. Great work environment.

      Cons

      the 2% raise was the sign to move on with this company. The salary can't keep up with the cost of living in the Bay Area.

      Pros

      Great benefits, some dedicated team members. Fun environment. If you work extremely hard, you can have some great opportunities and make some great friends along the way.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be challenging. Demands at all hours of the day. Too many fire drills for statistical variances in business performance. Some leadership is too emotional in decision making and has the mentality of targeting employees for removal rather than embracing different opinions and ideas. HR will not protect you if you are not in a protected class.
