      You can grow and be recognised only if you are a relative of manager or leader in Bangalore site and nepotism is all we can see.. partiality and no scope for growth in the organisation.. severely bad after new director took over the Bangalore site

      Company has good work-life balance. Good benefits packages.

      Cons

      Too much Tribalism. Too much politics. Lower pay tan other financial institutions and need improvement with automation. A lot of positions are still using excel.
