Business Outlook
Pros
1. You get to work on good problem statements. PayPal has high amount of data that makes things interesting. 2. They have a great internship program.
Cons
1. There is a huge pay disparity between the orgs. You can be paid 40% more outside of PayPal for the same work. 2. The organization is very political. 3. Too many acquisitions, lead to too many issues at Sr. Drirector and above level which can trickle down and impact entire org structure. 4. Year end appraisals are unfair (This could be very subjective hence my last point)
