A good company with a vision but not in the IT sector.

Cons

They are PRETTY laid back people juggling legacy 30 years old software, and have no plans to rewrite. Boring work and you won’t gain any knowledge. Managers are PITA and want to save their rears by giving hard time to people who are ambitious.

It is a large company. Many positions for potential movement. Good benefits are used as an excuse to offer sub par pay

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Always asked to do more unrewarded. Stressful. Perception trumps reality. High turnover. Management uses people like pawn pieces and often over looks what they need and want. Empty promises. Deceitful.
