Pros
You learn the benefits of the business, as well as learning about your own benefits as a person. The company is well managed and has a family type feel.
Cons
The clientele is very tough to deal with and has taken a physical toll on my health due to the stress that is put on client service advisors. We are the lowest of the low on the totem pole, and it's made clear, yet we are the face of the company.
