      Pros

      Excellent benefits, car allowance, fair salary. Great products to sell (if you don't care about service). Great place to gain experience & seasoning.

      Cons

      Never_ending_sales_pressure. It never stops..... Ever. Until you're dead, fired, or quit. Management has old school culture of beating you harder if you're sales are sub par. My Mgr has multiple HR compliants from harassing sales people late at night at 5am on Sundays for poor sales but he's still allowed to stay there because of his sales numbers. Customer service is embarrassing and no one seems to care about fixing it. All they care about is sales. Great company to work for if you care more about your commissions and paycheck than you do about placing the clients needs first.

      -Old Fashion Values. Overall, Paychex cares about its employees. -Stability -Solid Benefits -Leaders are given ample training and support

      Cons

      -Payscales should be reviewed to retain solid employees and attract new talent. -Slow to implement new or innovative technology solutions -Not as nimble as a smaller company (more red tape) -Just implementing flex & WFH options at lower levels in the company
