Pros

People are always leaving the company so positions are always open if you want to climb the ladder. They have benefits but they aren't very good. The pay is ok for entry level but the increase in rate through years is very limited.

Cons

Employee turnover is horrendous, recognition is basically obsolete. Management is unorganized and conniving. There is very little incentive to stay within the company because they have unrealistic expectations for their reps in regards to client satisfaction. They have a tendency to try and sugar coat everything and never provide the employees with any real information as to the direction the company is going. There is no unification throughout the branches which will often make you feel like each branch in the nation is a completely different company.

Pros

Good pay and commission structure. Great training. Great people. I was lucky enough to have worked for one of the best managers that has ever existed. Brand that people know and trust, which makes it a bit easier to sell and/or get in the door. Product is good, but limited, but for the size of businesses that you sell to its ideal.

Cons

I didn't experience this, but my colleagues that had other managers felt unappreciated and were stressed by the "what have you done for me lately" approach by their managers. Support team was and is still not what it used to be, which can hurt your new sales by having them cancel early or not even completing the sales process. Depending on your area, you may be stuck in a very small territory and for a long period of time.
